Scentsy Fundraiser!!

Ok ladies and gents.. we have another fundraiser going!! I hope that I'm not going to be overwhelming all of my family and friends over the next few months.  That is not my intention.  I just know that everything is not for everyone, and hoping at some point we'll be taking part in something that will get your attention and you'll be interested in helping! :-)   Right now Aleena is doing a Scentsy Fundraiser; a proceed from all sales will go towards her trip to England.  We are currently at 5% of her goal!! That's awesome!!  She needs $3k total just for the trip, plus spending money etc.  We appreciate any and all support you can give us!  Feel free to blog about this on your blog, share the link on your FB, email it to friends etc.  :-)

DFW Photography Fundraiser

I'm so excited to share the details of one of the 1st fundraisers Aleena gets to take part in.  A local photographer and friend has agreed to pitch in and help get Aleena to England.. Partly because she's from England herself.. and part because she's just a very sweet lady!! :-)

Sara with www.sdsphotography.com is letting her sell 30 minute MINI sessions valid in 2011 for $60. For $60 you get a 30 minute photo shoot, up to 4 people ($10 for ea extra person), and a CD of all of the pictures taken with rights to get copies at your will. This does NOT include Maternity, Bridal, or newborn session, and no outfit changes. Please feel free to browse around on her site, view her portfolio, and let me know if you'll be interested. Sara will be making a donation to Aleena's trip for each Mini Session she sells. These are cute photo sessions for mommy and me, your kid and their best friends, maybe some cute dressed up ones of your daughter and her friends.. a quick family shoot etc. I've used Sara before, and she's good at what she does and I'm sure you'd get SEVERAL great shots.
